Yes, the driver carries the package to your front door regardless of the floor. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day from our warehouse in Turku.
how is a return refunded
We refund the payment directly to your specified bank account once we receive the unopened product back at our warehouse in Turku. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging.
