In its online store, Havukunto Oy offers dietary supplements, protein and amino acid formulas, and externally applied soothing and cooling muscle care products designed for athletes and active individuals, such as HavuLihas Palautusjauhe, HavuMagnesium Kapselit, and HavuNivel Emulsiovoide. On each product page, we provide more detailed information on package size, ingredients, and product model. Images are illustrative, so the retail packaging may differ slightly in appearance from the picture in the online store.

An order is considered placed once you complete the checkout process. We will send you a confirmation by email, and a binding purchase agreement takes effect the moment we dispatch the package. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or unclear details, in which case we will refund the amount paid.

Our product prices are stated in EUR and include statutory value-added tax. Any shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. You can pay using the following methods: Bank transfer. If there has been an obvious pricing error with a product, we may correct it prior to dispatch and ask whether you wish to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it entirely.

We photograph the recovery products we sell ourselves in our own shop. Shades may look slightly different on different screens and under varying lighting, so a slight colour difference on a tub or package is not a defect and does not qualify for a free return. Detailed ingredients, package sizes, and contents are always listed on the product page.

We take care of your shipment until the courier hands it to you or your designated recipient at the delivery address. Risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you after this handover. If you notice clear shipping damage on the package, record it with the driver and message us within 48 hours.

If you wish, you can return items within 14 days of delivery by following the instructions on our Returns page. Products are covered by statutory liability for defects under Finnish consumer protection law. This liability covers manufacturing defects, incorrect packaging labeling, and packaging damage detected upon delivery, prior to the best-before date marked on the product under appropriate storage conditions.

• Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
• Dietary supplements and mixtures that expire rapidly or deteriorate easily.
• Opened dietary supplement packages, powders, capsules, or creams whose protective seal or cap has been broken after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons under consumer protection law.
• Products that, after delivery, by their nature have become inseparably mixed with other substances.
• Electronic downloadable workout programs or digital guides whose download has commenced with the consumer's consent.

Havukunto Oy's liability for direct damages is limited to a maximum of the total value of the order in question or 100 euros, unless otherwise provided by mandatory Finnish consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with us. Always use supplements according to the instructions on the package, as they do not replace daily routine plans provided by a doctor.

These terms and conditions and orders are governed by Finnish law, and any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations or via recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us through discussion, the case will be handled in the district court of the seller's registered seat, without limiting any consumer rights guaranteed to you by the laws of your country of residence.
